Nambor.in is an online marketplace that allows customers to browse and purchase products offered by Nambor.in and/or independent third-party sellers.

Unless specifically identified as sold by Nambor.in, products listed by third-party sellers are offered and supplied by those sellers. Such sellers are responsible for product descriptions, pricing, warranties (if any), legal compliance, and fulfillment of their obligations under applicable law.

If an error is discovered before dispatch, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund where payment has already been received.

• Grant Nambor.in a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute the content for operating and promoting the Platform.
• Agree not to submit unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or misleading content.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, videos, trademarks, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Nambor.in unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

13. Promotional Offers

• Are subject to specific terms.
• May be withdrawn or modified at any time.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.
• May be cancelled in cases of misuse or fraud.

14. Cancellation

Customers may cancel eligible orders before shipment through the Platform.

Once dispatched, cancellations may not be possible unless permitted under the applicable return policy.

Nambor.in reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, legal restrictions, or other valid reasons.

15. Limitation of Liability

• Nambor.in is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or events beyond our reasonable control.
• Our total liability arising from any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid by you for that order, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Nambor.in is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services.

We shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, strikes, government actions, internet outages, pandemics, or failures of third-party service providers.

21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Sonitpur District, Assam, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The revised version will become effective upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after such publication constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
